TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 1.) All items are sold as is, where is. All items are available for preview prior to the sale at the indicated preview times; use this time for your own evaluation. By bidding, you acknowledge that you have examined the item as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine the item. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. We will call attention to exceptions from expected age deterioration or damage as far we can. If there is a question in your mind about a particular item, we suggest that you do not bid. 2.) Items which are being shipped must be paid in full before they will be released for shipping. Blue Lake Auction will provide packing labor, materials and shipping at actual cost. 3.) All sales are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. 4.) The auctioneer reserves the right to execute reserves or withdraw auction items at its discretion. 5.) Items picked up by the purchaser must be paid for prior to release. These items will be subject to Michigan sales tax of 6% unless a Tax ID number is provided. Call our offices to arrange pick up as some items are subject to off site security storage. 6.) Payment is due within 10 days upon receipt of invoice and must be made by cash, approved check, VISA, or MasterCard. All invoices will be sent via email on the Monday after the auction.
