GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AT PUBLIC AUCTIONS
VERNEUIL HOUSE
The auction house VERNEUIL (SAS au RCS Paris 811 249 747) is a O.V.V. of
Voluntary sales of furniture DECLARATION Number 73-2015 OF 01 September 2015 governed by the articles
L321-4 et seq. of the French Commercial Code. In this capacity, Maison VERNEUIL acts as agent of the
Seller who contracts with the buyer. The relationship between Maison VERNEUIL and the buyer is subject to
to these general terms and conditions of purchase, which may be modified by written or oral notices prior to the sale
and which will be reported in the minutes of sale.
1 - Execution of the sale
a) In addition to the hammer price, the successful bidder must pay the costs of the auction per lot
and the following taxes:
1) Consignments from the EEC:
