The auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer shall at their discretion decide to reopen the bidding or not. On the fall of the auctioneers hammer, ownership to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, and as such the bidder assumes full risk and responsibility and will pay the full purchase price of the item(s). All California residents pay sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a sales tax exemption number. Payment Terms: Payments can be made directly through Live Auctioneers. We accept - Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Discover - Money Orders - Checks (with delivery of merchandise occurring only after the check has cleared.) For payment, if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged after you receive your invoice. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms.

If you have not contacted Kalili Rugs to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
