Wang (Wang Zhengting, 1882-1961). Born in Ningbo and educated in Japan and United States, Dr. Wang Zhengting was one of China?s delegates to the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 and held prominent government positions throughout 1920s and 1930s, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Finance. From 1936 to 1938, he served as the Chinese Ambassador to United States, where Anfu often accompanied him to the official dinners alongside with her sisters.
Upon returning to China, Dr. Wang Zhengting travelled extensively between Chengdu, Chongqing, and Shanghai in early 1940s.
