There is no guarantee of authenticity, age, material, or origin. Bidders must be 18 years old or older. All information provided by bidder must be current, accurate, and complete. All items are listed to the best of our abilities. The highest bidder acknowledged by auctioneer will be the purchaser. The auctioneer has sole discretion to advance the bid. All items must be picked up within 3 days. Buyer?s Premium is set at 23%. Georgia has a 7% Sales tax. Any bidder that has a current and valid tax exempt certificate in Georgia or Out of State tax exempt certificate must be emailed at least 3 days before auction. Certificate can be emailed to: Danielcooke826@gmail.com. We do not guarantee the working condition of any mechanical type items. Payment may be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). In house buyers will have option for cash or check (valid drivers license required). Beware of shipping charges on larger items. If you have not contacted Daniel Cook Estate Collections to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
