Taha Live Auctioneers: Terms and Conditions 1. Agreement to Terms: By participating in Taha Live Auctioneers auctions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding contract. 2. Bidder Responsibility: Bidders are responsible for conducting due diligence before bidding. All bids are legally binding. Any questions should be directed to Taha Live Auctioneers Customer Support before the auction concludes. 3. Eligibility: The Services are designed exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. Any use of the Services by those who do not meet this age requirement is strictly prohibited. 4. Order Cancellation/Replacement: Taha Live Auctioneers reserves the right to cancel or replace an order post-auction if it's unavailable due to simultaneous sales on multiple platforms; or it was sold in error. In such cases, Taha Live Auctioneers may offer a refund, or credit at its sole discretion. Customer credits expire one year from issuance. 5. Bids: Taha Live Auctioneers retains the right to refuse entry to any auction (online or in-person), reject bids, and decline any bidder. The auctioneer's acknowledgment of the highest bid determines the buyer. Bids are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Taha Live Auctioneers may bid on behalf of the seller to reach a reserve or preset price, whether the sale is with or without reserve. 6. Payment: When making a bid, a bidder is accepting personal liability to pay the purchase price. Winning bidders must pay the full invoice with 3 days of closing date of the auction, failing to do so will result in a charge on the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. If payment is not received, Taha Live Auctioneers reserves the right to cancel or void any unpaid transaction. 7. Buyer's Premium: A 25% buyer's premium applies to each lot unless otherwise specified. (e.g., a $100 winning bid equals $125 total). 8. Item Condition: We strive for accurate item descriptions. Conditions and substantial defects are disclosed and/or photographed. Minor defects or variations in color representation may occur. Accessories (boxes, papers, etc.) are not included unless specified. All auction items are sold "as is, where is," with all faults. While we strive for accurate descriptions, buyers are solely responsible for assessing item condition. All descriptions are opinions, not facts. Taha Live Auctioneers is not liable for errors or omissions. 9. Shipping: Bidders are required to pay for all shipping fees for their respected won items. Our shipping is done with LiveAuctioneers services and with the information provided to us. 10. Return Policy: All sales are final. Items are sold "as is", with all disclosed faults. Shipping costs are non-refundable. By registering for our auctions, you grant Taha Live Auctioneers permission to waive your right to execute any chargebacks against our company for any reason. 11. Modifications: Taha Live Auctioneers may update the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll post the updated Terms and update the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the website, you agree to the new Terms. We also have other rules and policies that apply, and these may be updated as well. Last Updated: April 9th, 2025. 12. Additional Terms: Taha Live Auctioneers is not responsible for how third-parties, including HiBid, Invaluable, LiveAuctioneers, ProxiBid, AuctionZip, iCollector, AskArt, BidSquare, Mailchimp, ShipStation and others use and share your information.
