On the fall of the auctioneers hammer, ownership to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, and as such the bidder assumes full risk and responsibility and will pay the full purchase price of the item(s). All California residents pay sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a sales tax exemption number. Payment Terms: Payments can be made directly through Live Auctioneers. We accept - Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Discover - Money Orders - Checks (with delivery of merchandise occurring only after the check has cleared.) If you have not contacted Kalili Rugs to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
