Reserve & No Reserve Lots This auction may include items marked as either "No Reserve" or "Reserve": * No Reserve: Item is guaranteed to sell to the highest bidder. * Reserve: A hidden minimum price must be met for the item to sell. 3. Condition & Authenticity Disclaimer All items are sold "as is". Jewelry Auction House makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding authenticity, condition, origin, gemstone grading, age, or any other attributes. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and videos prior to bidding. Please ask questions before placing a bid. 4. Shipping We will contact winning bidders with shipping details after the auction. * Free shipping is included for all domestic orders. * Signature confirmation and insurance are included. * International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. * White glove delivery or premium freight services can be arranged upon request. 5. Final Authority The highest bidder, as determined by Jewelry Auction House, will be the buyer. In case of a dispute, we reserve the right to determine the winning bid, cancel the sale, or reopen bidding. 6. Invoices & Storage Invoices are sent within 24 hours after the auction. Payment is due immediately upon receipt. * Items must be paid for in full before shipment. * Items not paid for within 7 business days may be relisted, and the bidder risks being permanently banned. * Items not shipped or collected within 14 business days may incur storage fees or be relisted at our discretion. 7. Payment Terms Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (USD only). Jewelry Auction House reserves the right to hold merchandise until funds clear. 8. Buyer Default If the buyer fails to fulfill payment or other obligations, we may: * Cancel the sale and retain any payments as damages. * Resell the item at auction and hold the original buyer liable for losses and resale costs. 9. Shipping Liability If requested, we may assist with packaging and shipping arrangements. * All shipping is at buyer's risk. * We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged items during transit. * Incorrect addresses or failed deliveries will require the buyer to pay re-shipping fees. 10. Buyer's Premium A 25% buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot. 11. Binding Agreement Bidding on any lot indicates full acceptance of these terms and all additional terms provided by Jewelry Auction House or LiveAuctioneers. 12. Final Sale All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted. 13. Automatic Payment If you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be charged automatically 24 hours after the invoice is sent, unless alternative payment is arranged in advance.
