SHIPPING, PAYMENT & AUCTION POLICIES SHIPPING: All shipping will be completed by Live Auctioneers thru LiveShipping. LiveShipping works with vetted providers to offer shipping of your purchases within the United States, its Territories, Canada and some European countries. The following factors are taken into account when LiveShipping estimates your cost: Your zip code, the size and weight of the item. The cost also includes item insurance, pickup, packaging, shipping, and delivery. Your actual shipping cost can change due to factors like the winning bid price and the insurance of that price. PAYMENTS: All payments are made in accordance with LiveAuctioneers' LivePayments services. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING AUCTION. If you have a card on file, it will be charged 72 hours after the invoice is sent. Sales Tax: Online purchases may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate at the time of auction registration or before the auction to prevent the collection of tax. AUCTION POLICIES: Registration: Bidders are asked to register at least 24 hours before the auction to insure that you are approved. Bidders must register for a David Burke Antiques auction using Live Auctioneers' standard auction registration procedures and must be in good standing with David Burke Antiques and Live Auctioneers to be an approved bidder on any David Burke Antiques auction. The buyer is responsible for all of their bids. All bids will be final. Condition Reports: David Burke Antiques reports condition for most lots in the item description. As time allows, David Burke Antiques will provide, upon request, supplementary reports and additional photographs for items contained within the current auction catalog. This service is provided as a courtesy only and requesting a condition report in no way changes the Terms of Sale. We are not professional conservators, and we urge you to inspect each lot using the detailed photographs provided on the online auction site. Prospective buyers should satisfy themselves as to condition and must understand that any statement made by David Burke Antiques is a subjective qualified opinion. Artists who are identified with or without dates indicate it is our opinion that this artwork was created or designed by the artist listed. There is no warranty as to the condition, restoration, medium, size, relationship of an artist to a multiple edition or any defect. In other words, there is NO GUARANTEE of authenticity of origin, age, quality, medium or provenance of paintings, prints, lithos, or other Art. The same applies to jewelry or watches. Please review all photos carefully and email with any questions before bidding. Bidding: David Burke Antiques is not liable or responsible for any errors or failure to execute any bids. PHONE BIDS are not accepted. Bid Increments are defined by the on-line Live Auctioneers auction system. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the buyer of that lot. In the event of any dispute, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion to either determine the successful bidder or to re-offer for bidding the lot in dispute. David Burke Antiques may refuse any bid, divide, or combine any two or more lots and/or withdraw any lot or lots from the sale. Some lots may be offered subject to a reserve, which is a minimum price below which such lots will not be sold. A buyers premium of 18% of the winning bid price will be added to each lot and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price of each lot. All purchases, including buyer's premium, are subject to Texas State and local sales taxes, or buyer provides David Burke Antiques with a valid resale number before the invoice is sent. Contractual Obligation of Bidder: Your bid is a legally binding contract. If you are the successful/winning bidder, you have entered a contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. You should contact David Burke Antiques to resolve any questions prior to placing any bids. Your full payments consists of the winning bid, buyer’s premium, shipping costs and taxes if applicable. Return Policy: This is a No Return Auction. All purchases will be professionally packaged and shipped, and all will be fully insured by LiveShipping. Terms of Sale: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All lots are sold AS IS, with all faults, imperfections, and errors of description.
