It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all possible lot of information prior to bidding. If you are not completely satisfied with an item before you bid, DO NOT BID. WE ARE NOT AN AUTHENTICATION SERVICE. all photos must be requested at least 48 hrs prior to auction. some phone bids are available depending on availability of auction house staff. all items must be picked up 15 days after auction day. All lots must be paid no more than 3 days after auction. Buyer's Premium 27% 3% FEE FOR ALL CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS All processing fees are nonrefundable. The credit card processor does not refund their fees. In the event of a refund, all refunds will not reflect processing fee. The processing fee is non refundable. There is a 20% OF TOTAL REFUND restocking fee in the event of a refund ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP no more then 15 days after the auction. After 15 days, there will be a $20 per item per day fee charged to the buyer. After 28 total days from auction day, the item is considered abandoned.
