The Item that is available for purchase at JW Home public auctions (referred to as the Item) will be sold in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below (referred to as the Agreement). This Agreement represents the full set of terms and conditions under which all Property is made available for sale. By participating in the auction, whether directly, through a representative, by written bid, by phone, online bid, or any other method, the purchaser of the Item (referred to as the Buyer) agrees to adhere to this Agreement. All property is sold 'as is,' with no warranties or representations from JW Home or the listing agent regarding the item?s condition. They are not liable for its accuracy, nor do they guarantee its description, authenticity, authorship, origins, or history. No claims made during the sale, on the bill of sale, invoice, catalog, or elsewhere should be considered valid warranties or responsibilities. Potential buyers are encouraged to examine any lots they are interested in. At JW Home, we cannot assure the authenticity of any signature unless it is explicitly confirmed during the auction. JW Home is not liable for any typographical mistakes in our catalog listings, which are intended only as a descriptive guide. JW Home retains the authority to withdraw, merge, or split any lot at its sole discretion before bidding starts. The buyer will be required to pay the total of the final bid along with a buyer's premium as specified. Several items in the sale are subject to a reserve price, which is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the bidder and the auction house (JW Home). This reserve ensures that the lot will not be sold below this threshold. Typically, the reserve is set lower than the estimated price range, but it will never exceed the lowest estimate provided. Bidders who participate in a live or timed auction automatically agree to the set reserve price. Bidding starts at a price determined at the discretion of the auctioneer (JW Home), who also retains the right to withdraw any item from the sale if deemed necessary. The purchaser will be the highest bidder as decided by JW Home. If there is a dispute over a bid, the auction house (JW Home) reserves the right to determine who the purchaser is and can choose to either withdraw the lot or put it up for sale again. Additionally, the auction house has the exclusive authority to reject any bid or to not recognize a bidder. NO RETURN POLICY. If a purchased item cannot be delivered or picked up in the same condition as it was sold, JW Home will not be liable for more than what the purchaser paid. Additionally, we are not responsible for the actions or failures of carriers or packers of purchased items, regardless of whether we recommended them. Any packing and handling of purchased items by us is entirely at the purchaser's risk, and JW Home will not be liable for any damage or loss that occurs to these items. The successful bidder will need to arrange their own shipping. JW Home is happy to cooperate with the process. The LiveShipping option has been enabled, along with other shipping options for bidders. JW Home will release auctioned items only after payment has been successfully credited to our account. Once payment is received, we will promptly notify the winning bidders through LA, allowing them to arrange shipping for their won items. Placing a bid on an item signifies your agreement to all the terms and conditions stated above, as well as those announced and posted at the time of the sale.
