Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

Failure to Fulfill Obligations and Compensation

2.2 This compensation may include, but is not limited to, the recovery of costs such as unpaid offers, penalties, administrative fees, shipping fees, and other related damages directly resulting from your non-compliance.
3. Enforcement of Payment
3.1 Live Antique Auctions/or the vendor have the right to enforce the payment of any outstanding debts, damages, and penalties owed to us by you through out-of-court methods, such as using a debt collection agency. If the customer is located outside the marketplace?s country of operation, we reserve the right to appoint an international debt recovery agency operating in the customer?s jurisdiction to recover the outstanding balance.
3.2 In the event that out-of-court methods are unsuccessful, we/or the vendor may pursue legal action in court to recover the owed amounts.
3.3 You agree to pay any reasonable costs incurred by us in the process of recovering these debts, including legal fees, court costs, and debt collection charges.
