We will provide the pickup address when the appointment is made. All items are located in Summerville SC, 29485. AUCTION SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS All items are sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with NO guarantees or warranties stated or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL with NO charge backs, refunds, returns, or exchanges. Item Condition: We make every effort to identify any defect or abnormality with any given item, however, we cannot guarantee nor warrant an item?s condition. Descriptions are believed to be correct, And Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions makes no representations of any kind with respect to the property. In no event shall Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition, etc. Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions cannot and does not guarantee or warrant any autographed items as being authentic unless they have been verified by an independent third-party appraisal/evaluation. If an authentication confirms an autograph, a copy of the evaluation will be included with the lot description. Any item in this auction sale may be removed at any time, for any reason at Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions discretion. Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions will not be held responsible for internet connection problems or website issues that cause missed purchases. Item Inspection - We encourage all purchasers to carefully evaluate the pictures and descriptions of an auction sale item condition, color, quality, etc. to insure it meets his/her expectations. Payments - Payments for items in this auction sale may be made with debit/credit cards registered with LiveAuctioneers ?LivePay? system. Sales Tax -All buyers must pay sales tax at current rate of 7%, unless they have a retail sales license and a South Carolina ST8-A form on file with Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions. If you wish to add your resale license to your online bidder number, please email support@kudzukeepsakes.com with a copy of your retail sales license and a completed ST8-A. If we do not have your license and ST8-A, we will NOT be able to refund or exempt the sales tax for this auction sale. Item Pickup and Removal ? All ?LOCAL PICKUP ONLY? items must be picked up by appointment by contacting Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions. Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions does NOT have anyone to assist with removal of items, so if you purchase a large item, be sure to bring help to assist. Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions does NOT provide boxes or packing materials for items, so be sure to bring your own. Shipping - Shipping of small items will be available for shipping within the United States only. We are NOT able to ship internationally. We can NOT ship boxes larger than 18"x18"x16", however we will ship multiple boxes if needed. For estimates and invoicing for Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions to ship a small item, contact "shipping@kudzukeepsakes.com" for a shipping estimate and invoice. Because we are only a small company, there may be an extended period between the time of purchase and the time we are able to ship your item, but we will always be able to keep you informed of the status of your shipment. We highly recommend that you use the ?LiveShip? option for all your shipping needs. Local Pickup Only Items - Larger items are considered "Local Pickup Only" and the buyer must arrange for items to be removed from the auction sale. Keep in mind that we DO NOT have people to assist with the removal. Registration - By registering and purchasing items in any of The Dupp Group Auctions and Auction sales, LLC (DBA Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions) (SCAL 4662) auction sales, you agree that you have read and will abide by all terms and conditions contained herein. Credit Card Authorization - When you register for any of The Dupp Group Auctions and Auction sales, LLC (DBA Sweetgrass 1auction sales) (SCAL 4662) auction sales, you are agreeing that your credit/debit card on file may be charged with any purchase you make. Any bidder not complying with these terms and conditions may have his/her bidding/purchasing privileges revoked temporarily or permanently at Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions discretion!

If you have not contacted Kudzu Keepsakes Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
