Conditions of Sale All items are sold AS-IS and will have a buyers premium added onto the winning bid.Payment. If you are the winning bidder it is your responsibility to make payment arrangements for the items. By placing a bid on any item, as the high bidder and/or winning bidder, you are entering a legal contract and by bidding in our auction you are accepting all our terms and conditions. Packing & Shipping will be 100% buyers financial responsibility. The auction house will carefully package your winning lots and ship promptly. In the event of loss or damage during shipment, the auction house will start an insurance claim, and once the claim is paid, the winning bidder will be refunded for the item. For additional detail, inquire with the auction house. All packages will have tracking numbers and will be insured. Report shipping deficiencies within 7 days of delivery for any valid reimbursements. Include photographs and any other documentation, when possible. Winning lots will be shipped in one box when practical and safe. The auction house will sent the winning bidders a shipping estimate within 48 hours of the auction when it does not appear on the initial invoice. Local pickup is available by appointment only. Inquire with the auction house and arrangements will be made quickly and hopefully, conveniently.
