Shipping Terms Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping arrangements and expenses are solely the responsibility of the buyer. In the interest of protecting our clients, KOO Gallery Auction requires full insurance coverage for all jewelry shipments and a written authorization (SHIPPING RELEASE FORM) from the buyer if someone other than the person named on the invoice will be picking up the purchased item(s). KOO Gallery Auction assumes no responsibility for any actions or omissions of third-party shipping vendors. We will not be liable in any way once the items have left our premises. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the full value of your items. Please Note: All items must be removed within 30 days of the auction date.
