In the event this occurs, VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC may provide the winning bidder with the same, similar or upgraded item at no additional charge to the bidder; or at VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. Any Customer credit(s) will expire one (1) year from the date of issuance. The successful winning bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by our Auctioneer. VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC and its Auctioneers will have final discretion in determining the winning bidder and in resolving any disputes between bidders. If any dispute arises after the sale, the VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC sale record shall govern. Winning bidders must pay for the entire invoice before the items are removed from our inventory or any other online platforms. Many items are consigned to VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC and may be simultaneously offered for sale on multiple online platforms. If a listed item becomes unavailable, VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC will attempt to remove the item from the auction on a best efforts basis. Consequently, VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC may provide the winning bidder with the same or similar item at no additional charge to the winning bidder, or at VEOLIN JEWELRY LLC sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. If you have not contacted Veolin LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
