Indian artifacts to include large collection of prehistoric and historic Native American Smoking Pipes, Bird Stones, Bannerstones, Axes, Celts, and Old World Axes. Southwestern Baskets to include Pima, Papago, Apache, Hopi and Navajo. A nice selection of Navajo Weavings to include German Town and Pictorials. Pottery includes Anasazi Bird Effigy, Acoma, Hopi, San-Ildefonso and more. Also have Plains Beadwork including war shirt, pipe bag, beaded bags, beaded dolls and more. Pre-Columbian items consist of stone figures, effigy pottery, weapons, adornment items and more. Northwest Coast items include dance rattles, horn carvings and the like. Edge weapons including a 100 year old U.S. Naval Presentation Sword, antique bayonets,daggers, bowie knives, middle eastern weapons and many antique Native American weapons.

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE AUCTION BEFORE THE AUCTION BEGINS. At the fall of auctioneer's hammer, the highest bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the offered lot and assumes full risk and responsibility for article. Neither consignor nor auction company is thereafter responsible for loss or any damage to the article by fire, theft, or breakage. Every attempt has been made to catalog all items accurately to include descriptions. Helm auctions does not guarantee correctness of descriptions, approximate ages, materials, tribal designations, amount of repair or restoration. Highest bidder is to be the buyer. If a dispute arises between two bidders or more bidders, auctioneer shall have sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute. BUYERS PREMIUM 18.5%.
The values given are estimates only. Items may sell for more or less. Unless noted all items have some amount of acceptable wear, scratches, nicks, missing stitches,etc. Pictures in frames have not been examined outside the frame. Shipping charges are per lot. The estimated shipping costs are included in descriptions for each item These charges are for the U.S. only, Outside the U.S., Helm auction will discuss shipping and Customs documents with the buyer. Additional charges for shipping is on top of the fees listed in items description. Auctioneer will contact individuals outside the U.S. for specific shipping instructions to include Customs Declaration forms. Charges are for packing materials,packing the items, insurance and shipping fees. Items will be shipped either US Mail or FED EX. If you want them shipped another way, you must pay the additional charges. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. All items that are insurable will be insured. In the event of damage during shipping, claims must be filed with 3 days of receiving your items. If those items are damaged, please keep all packing materials and boxes and contact Helm Auction for instructions. If is usually easier for Helm Auction to file the claim for you. We will need certain information as well as pictures of the damaged articles. This information is needed for presentation to the shipping company. Claims will not be settled until shipping company has completed investigation. Oversize items that need wooden crates will be charged for additional shipping charges.
CONTRACT
YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT. Place the bid only if you are serious about paying for the item. If you are the successful winner, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the item bid on from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any issues before bidding. Helm Auction will be available on the Tuesday after the auction to accept credit card information. If you choose, checks will be accepted or direct transfer between banks.
