Shipping Policy    •   Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs.    •   Shipping is not included in the hammer price unless specifically stated.    •   We offer in-house shipping on most items and use insured carriers when available.    •   Shipping quotes are provided after the auction once the item has been paid for and packaged.    •   Buyers may arrange third-party shipping at their own expense. Please notify us within 48 hours of auction close if you choose this option.    •   Items will only be shipped to the address listed on the invoice or verified by the payment method. Local Pickup Policy    •   Local pickup is available by appointment at our store location.    •   Valid government-issued ID and matching invoice name are required for pickup.    •   Signature is required at the time of pickup. No third-party pickups without prior written authorization.    •   Items must be picked up within 10 business days of auction close unless prior arrangements are made. Storage Fees    •   Items not paid for or not picked up after 10 business days will incur storage fees of $10 per day, per item.    •   Items remaining after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund to recover storage and handling costs. Condition & Descriptions    •   All items are sold “AS IS,?? “WHERE IS,?? and FINAL.    •   Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed to be exhaustive.    •   No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.    •   All sales are final. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items, ask questions, and request additional photos prior to bidding. Return Policy    •   No returns, refunds, or exchanges.    •   We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, condition disagreements, or failure to read the description.    •   In the case of damage during shipping, claims will be processed through the shipping carrier if insurance was purchased. If you have not contacted Traders Loan & Jewelry to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
