New Orleans Auction Spring Sale: Day 1 of 3

New Orleans Auction Galleries invites you to our spectacular Three-Day Spring Sale on April 19th, 20th & 21st, 2013. The Friday session will feature a special section of Works on Paper, including prints, photographs, watercolors, pen & ink drawings, ephemera and more, while the Saturday session will feature furniture and decorative arts from the historic Robinson Mansion, New Orleans, Louisiana. The Sunday session offers a fine collection of clocks, including English, American and Continental tall case clocks, mantel sets, wall and cartel clocks, regulators and carriage clocks, as well as fifteen lots by noted contemporary New Orleans artists - including George Rodrigue, James Michalopoulos, Hunt Slonem, Carlos Zervigon, Steve Martin and seven others - who have donated their works to be sold for the benefit of WLAE public television. The nearly 1,600 lots to be offered will also include a large selection of Victorian garden furniture and statuary, fine jewelry, antique furniture, silver, porcelain, mirrors and more.
