ALL items must be removed within thirty (30) business days from the date of the auction. Merchandise may be collected in-person following the completion of the auction. Once your payment has been cleared, merchandise may be released. United States personal checks only. Purchaser must pay online payment fee of minimum 3%. Please note that removal is by appointment only and will need to be scheduled in advance. Packing and loading are the responsibility of the purchaser; though Monarch Finwater may offer assistance, it will not be held liable for any damage resulting from such action. Monarch Finwater will not be held responsible for any damage or missing items following the sale. IMPORTANT: ALL items MUST be removed from the Monarch Finwater gallery within thirty (30) business days from the date of auction. Items not retrieved or shipped within thirty (30) business days will be relocated to a private storage facility (PSS) and subject to discretionary fees for transportation and storage. Once an item is sent to storage, Monarch Finwater is no longer liable for it. - SHIPPING - We do not offer in-house shipping, therefore shipping is the full responsibility of the purchaser. Bidders will need to have items quoted. NOTE: If documentation is not listed, the lot is sold without documents. Color fidelity of photos presented is not guaranteed.
