If items are not picked up within 45 days, QI AUCTION reserves the right to resell them without notice or refund, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed in writing. QI AUCTION is not responsible for obtaining such permits, nor are we liable for any government seizure, delay, or fines that may result from non-compliance with these regulations. All items are sold ?AS IS?, with no returns or exchanges. Many items offered are antique or vintage and may show signs of wear, age, or previous restoration not fully described in the catalog. The absence of specific condition notes does not imply that an item is in perfect condition. If you have not contacted QI AUCTION INC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
