Buyers must bring Packing Material, Tools, any Equipment needed and Help to load the items! If you arrive without help, pickup will not be allowed for safety reasons and to prevent damage to the property. There are no additional or alternative pickup dates and times for won items. We do not provide labor assistance for large items, so plan accordingly. Any item(s) not claimed by Sunday Nov 23, before 4:00PM will be subject to a $50 forfeiture fee and item(s) will be considered abandoned. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION: If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.
