A Condition Report will be offered upon request; please make this request with Auction House at least 24hrs prior to auction end. Items are sold as-is, without guarantees, and items are not refundable for disclosed damage, or negligible signs of age. By placing a bid on ANY of our Auctions, Bidder agrees that items offered are often antique or vintage, and may have small unseen imperfections that are typical with age. Please utilize the zoom feature on photos and Condition Reports to determine if an item suits your needs, as we do NOT offer in-person preview or in-person Bidding. We describe items and their origins to the best of our professional abilities, but we do not offer any guarantee on speculated provenance or other offered information. Most information is provided by consignors and private sellers and has NOT been accompanied by any written verification unless noted in the Item Descriptions.

If you have not contacted Wynn Ware to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
