Terms & Conditions 1. Auction Participation By registering to bid, buyers agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein. All sales are final. Bidders are encouraged to review all descriptions and photos carefully and ask any questions before bidding. 2. Buyer?s Premium A 20% buyer?s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot and forms part of the total purchase price. 3. Condition of Items All items are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Descriptions and images are provided to the best of our knowledge. Condition reports are available upon request prior to bidding. Unless stated otherwise, all items are new, showroom samples, or boxed stock from the manufacturer. 4. Title & Risk of Loss Title to each item passes to the buyer when payment has been received in full. Once title passes, the item is the buyer?s responsibility, including any loss or damage during pickup or shipping. 5. Payment Terms Invoices must be paid in full within 3 business days of auction close. Payments are processed via LiveAuctioneers Payments. 6. Shipping & Pickup Buyers have two options: LiveShipping (via NLS): If selected, LiveAuctioneers arranges and manages shipment directly. Buyer-Arranged Shipping or Local Pickup: Buyers may schedule pickup at our New Jersey warehouse Monday?Friday, 10:00 AM?3:00 PM by appointment only. Purchased items must be removed or shipping arranged within 10 business days of auction close. All items are professionally boxed or wrapped for protection, but buyers or their shippers are responsible for loading and transportation. We are not liable for damage once items leave our premises. 7. Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. 8. Storage & Abandonment Items not collected or shipped within 15 business days may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned without refund.

If you have not contacted Aeon Furniture to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
