Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before placing a bid.
3. Condition
All works are sold in the condition they are presented. Condition reports are available upon request but are provided as a courtesy and reflect the opinion of the seller, not a professional conservator.
4. Payment
Payment must be received in full within [specify timeframe, e.g., 3 business days] of the auction?s close. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in the cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of the item.
5. Shipping & Handling
The buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling costs. Arrangements can be made through the seller or via the buyer?s preferred carrier. All shipments will be made once full payment has cleared. The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
