In the case of a disputed bid the auctioneer may decide to reopen the bid or to leave as is. The auctioneer's decision is final on disputed bids. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor bid takes precedence. Maine state residents will be charged 5.5% state sales tax unless we have a valid Resale Certificate on file with Live Auctioneers or Paris Auction House. If you have not contacted Paris Auction House to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
