PAYMENTS AND FINALITY | Payments must be made within the designated timeframe using the methods specified in the auction details. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of an auction, our liability is limited to refunding registration or bidder fees, if applicable. Bearistry Auction House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any auction at our sole discretion, and any changes will be communicated promptly.

If you have not contacted Bearistry to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
