Shipping Terms : Important Notice Live Auctioneers now requires that all orders use Live Shipping unless you select "Buyer to Arrange Shipping" at checkout. ***Live Shipping (Default) If you choose this option, the following applies: - One invoice; items + shipping in a single payment - We carefully pack your order, then Live Auctioneers provides the shipping label - Tracking & damage claims are handled directly by Live Auctioneers - Note: Small packages are billed at 1 lb minimum retail rates, even if under 1 lb ***Buyer to Arrange Shipping: If you choose this option at checkout, the following applies: - Pay actual weight (we pass on our wholesale postage rates) - We send a separate invoice for shipping & handling - Order ships after this invoice is paid (may delay shipping slightly) Custom Policies Non-Paying Bidders & Cancellations All bids are final. Payment must be made within 3 business days of auction close. Unpaid invoices may be canceled and reported to Live Auctioneers. Authenticity & Returns We guarantee the authenticity of all coins and currency we sell. - Contact us within 7 days if you believe an item is counterfeit. - We do not accept the opinion of a friend or casual verbal opinion from a coin shop. - Any claim must be supported by written documentation including weight, size, how the item was tested, or documentation proving the item is not authentic. You have up to 30 days from receipt to submit the coin to PCGS, NGC, or ANACS for authentication. If determined to be Fake, Copy, Altered, or Not Genuine, we will issue a full refund including purchase price, original shipping, grading fees, and shipping to/from the grading company. Proof required: buyer must provide documentation of grading results and proof of date submitted (with tracking number). No refunds for buyer?s remorse, grading disagreements, or minor variations from photos. Combined Shipping Combined shipping is available only for items purchased in the same auction. We cannot hold items for future auctions. International Buyers International bidders are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. We cannot misrepresent customs values. Some countries restrict import of coins/currency ? please check before bidding. Video Packing Policy All orders are video recorded during packing. Video footage can be requested within 48 hours of delivery for a $5.00 fee. We ship using UPS and USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on item size and value. Invoices totaling over $500.00 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. Invoicing & Shipping Timeline Invoices for coin purchases may take up to 48 hours to process. Invoices for sports cards, memorabilia, and other collectibles may take up to 72 hours. Larger items may take longer. Shipping will begin after your invoice has been paid ? no further action is required on your part. Tracking Tracking numbers will be emailed via Stamps.com, USPS.com, or UPS.com, depending on the shipping method used. Please check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for tracking updates.
