Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Manatee Galleries, Inc. shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. Items described as "possibly", "probably" or "attributed to" are not guaranteed, but represent our best opinion. No guarantees are made as to condition. ALL GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" "WHERE IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Condition reports in Auction catalog are not guaranteed and may vary in accuracy. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect the goods. All condition reports, measurements, opinion of values, age and quality are offered by the Gallery but are not guaranteed. Neither the auction house, nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of printed or verbal descriptions or its authenticity. Gold, silver, diamonds & gemstones are guaranteed. We do not guarantee or warranty clocks. All weights & measurements are approximate. Artist's names, signatures do not carry warranty & are not guaranteed unless Certificate of Authenticity accompanies lot, provenance provided when available. Internet buyers pay 25% buyer's premium & are not responsible for sales tax unless you are from the State of Florida and in that case you pay 6 1/2% sales tax unless appropriate exemption form is filed. All buyers that pick up at the gallery are responsible for FL sales tax unless appropriate exemption form is filed. A 22% buyer's premium for phone, absentee and in-house bidders is charged to the hammer price of each lot. Purchaser must pay 6½% FL sales tax on total purchase price, including premium unless appropriate exemption form is filed. Payment is due at the end of each sale. We give a 2% discount for using cash (In House Only), checks, and Bank Wire Transfers. Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by consignor & MANATEE GALLERIES INC. Will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. MANATEE GALLERIES INC. reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by MANATEE GALLERIES, INC. to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all INTERNET bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyers who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. All invoices for merchandise MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 7 DAYS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS AFTER THAT DATE. All legal execution or prosecution will be in accordance with Florida law and will prosecuted in the state of Florida. MANATEE GALLERIES can provide a list of shippers and movers that have been used in the past by our customers. These shippers will pick up your items at Manatee Galleries after payment has been received, and will pack, insure and ship to you at your expense. The companies have our catalog and will be able to give you an estimate for shipping when you call or email and give them the lot numbers you are interested in or have successfully purchased. We highly recommend that potential bidders obtain shipping estimates, especially when bidding internationally. You are always welcome to arrange for shipping with a company of your own choice as long as they will pick up items at Manatee Galleries. All shipping arrangements and payment for shipping should be made directly with the shipper of your choice. You must provide Manatee Galleries with a signed authorization indicating your name, sale date, lot number and choice of carrier, then you must fax or scan this back to us. If you would like to release your items to another name, send a signed release letter to the Client Services Department at shipping@manateegalleries.com Items left uncollected may be subject to additional storage and handling fees as per Manatee Galleries Terms & Conditions.

We have put up our catalog with partial listings, but will have the completed catalog listed the beginning of next week. The finished catalog will contain 400 lots.
