1. All Sales Are Final All items are sold ?as is? and all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, there will be no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason. Bidders are encouraged to carefully review all item descriptions, photographs, and condition reports prior to bidding. 2. Item Descriptions While every effort has been made to accurately describe each artwork, including artist attribution, title, medium, and edition, no warranty or guarantee is made regarding authenticity, condition, or provenance beyond the information provided. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before placing a bid. 3. Condition All works are sold in the condition they are presented. Condition reports are available upon request but are provided as a courtesy and reflect the opinion of the seller, not a professional conservator. 4. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in the cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of the item. 5. Taxes & Duties Buyers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, or import fees associated with their purchase. 7.
