Ownership of all items not picked up will revert back to auctioneer and be sold again in subsequent auction - forfeiting all binding winning bids. Failure to pick up items will result in negative feedback and/or bidding suspension. All buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a charge back to their credit card against the transaction and/or the seller. All sales are final. Shipping is allowed on all items - if prefered. All shipping and handling charges must be paid before product is shipped. All shipping will be flat rate and USPS/FedEx/UPS is preferred - in that order. Shipping company does charge a small handling fee for all shipped items. If you have not contacted Bella Lisa Inc to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
