Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before placing a bid.
3. Condition
All works are sold in the condition they are presented. Condition reports are available upon request but are provided as a courtesy and reflect the opinion of the seller, not a professional conservator.
4. Payment
Payment must be received in full within [specify timeframe, e.g., 3 business days] of the auction?s close. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in the cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of the item.
5. Shipping & Handling
