All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes prior to bidding.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated. Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of the sale and bidder account restrictions.
Local Pickup
Pickup will take place on:
Tuesday, March 10
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM ONLY
All items must be picked up during this designated time window.
If Buyer fails to collect their items during the stated pickup window and has not made prior written arrangements with Seller, the items will be considered forfeited with no refund.
Shipping & Buyer-Arranged Shipping
If Buyer selects Buyer-Arranged Shipping, Buyer must either:
1. Provide a prepaid insured shipping label, or
2. Confirm shipment via USPS Registered Mail.
Buyer must arrange shipping and/or contact Seller to finalize shipping instructions within five (5) business days of invoice.
Failure to arrange shipping, provide a label, or communicate with Seller within five (5) business days will result in the item(s) being considered forfeited with no refund.
Seller is not responsible for loss or damage once packages are accepted by the carrier when Buyer provides their own shipping label.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Anne And Anna’s Estate Services to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
