Use of on-line bidding services is at your own risk. Access to and use of on-line bidding is depended upon, among other things, the availability of the internet and the speed and quality of internet connections. We encourage bidders to attend sales in person whenever possible. We do our best to describe the items as accurately as possible, but are not responsible for any errors or omissions. Acceptance of terms: by registering to participate in our auction thru on-line bidding, you agree to our terms and conditions, if you as a purchaser breach any of the terms and conditions including the obligation to pay for purchased items, we as the auctioneer may seek all remedies under the law to remedy the situation. Registration: Any bidder who registers thru an on-line bidding platform must register their name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail, and valid credit card information. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items prior to the sale. Payment terms: invoices will e-mailed to purchaser within 48 hours. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All items must be paid within 10 days or will be forfeited. Removal of goods: shipping is available at purchaser's expense. For pick up contact us. Buyers must have a credit card on file with liveauctioneers. You will automatically be charged 72hours after the close of the auction. If you have not contacted Jesse Camelleri Auctioneer to arrange payment within 1 day of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
