Buying at ArtAtelier. Condition: All lots will be offered and sold subject to this Condition of Sale as well as any Glossary and posted announcements. By bidding at auction, bidders are bound by these Conditions and glossary, as amended by any announcements or posted notices, which together form the contract of sale between the successful bidder (buyer) and ArtAtelier (seller/auctioneer). Description or photographs of lots are not warranties and each lot is sold "as is" in accordance with the Conditions of Sale. The condition of Lots: All properties are sold "as is" "where is". All sales are final. Condition reports in the auction catalog are not guaranteed and may vary in accuracy. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect the property. All condition reports, measurements, opinion of values, age and quality that are offered by ArtAtelier are not guaranteed. Neither the auction house nor the consignor is responsible for the accuracy of printed or verbal descriptions or its authenticity. All items will be available for online inspection prior to sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, value, and any other determinative factor. All weights and measurements are approximate. Artist's names, signatures do not carry a warranty and are not guaranteed unless Certificate of Authenticity accompanies lot. Provenance will be provided when available but is not guaranteed. ArtAtelier and its representatives do not claim any expertise. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client; it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. ArtAtelier shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Frames on artwork are not included as part of purchase unless stated differently. If the buyer never paid we can require the buyer to pay non-payment fees: 25% final price. Buyers are obligated to accept our packing/shipping service. All bids are subject to a non-refundable 10% buyer's premium which shall be added to a successfully placed bid upon the sale of each lot, any applicable local sales tax, and shipping and handling. Any bidder that represents a purchaser is personally and individually responsible for any obligations of the purchaser set forth in these terms and conditions, The successful bidder must pay the total price 4 days after the invoice has been sent. In the event of a NON PAYING bidder, we reserve the right to send to collection the invoice, in any case, such as this the bidder will be responsible for all legal fees, additional collection fees charged by the collector and the collection agency fees. The agency hired will work diligently to collect all these funds. This may affect your credit rating.
