Terms of Sale: All property is sold to the highest bidder as is, where is without warranty or guarantee of any kind whether expressed, implied or statutory including without limitation any warranty or guarantee as to character, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and physical condition. All items offered online will have a minimum starting bid as displayed on the online catalogue. Online bids lower than minimum will not be accepted. Descriptions are given to the best of our knowledge regarding condition or vintage. Items will only be shipped to the Credit Card billing address, which must be provided with the security code on the credit card. Eastern Dynasty Antiques will communicate with all successful online bidders within 48 hours after auction to arrange payment method and shipping details. All sales are final. All items sold online are subject to a buyers premium of 20%. Items purchased in Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax.
