Do your best to make an educated decision prior to bidding on any items. Bids are legally binding. By bidding on items, you agree to pay hammer price plus all associated fees including shipping and handling. Auction premium is only 18.5% with a 3.5% cash payment discount. So if you pay via cash or check, it’s only 15%. Buyer must contact auction house to arrange for payment of winnings within 72 hours of auction close or you will be auto-charged. We automatically charge the card on file with Proxibid at 72 hours following close. If you are sales tax exempt please reach out to us to have your invoice adjusted needed. Your certificate of exemption will be required to be uploaded to your account, and an additional copy may be requested by our staff prior to amending any invoices. Buyer pays actual cost for shipping plus handling. Items will usually be shipped within two weeks of close of auction.
