Pricing and Product Descriptions All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions, weights, measurements, gemstone details, and metal content are provided to the best of our knowledge and based on industry standards. Minor variations, wear, patina, or manufacturing characteristics are considered normal for estate, vintage, or pre-owned items. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time. 4. Payments All payments must be completed in full before merchandise is released or shipped. Payments for auction purchases are processed exclusively through LiveAuctioneers? designated payment processor. Any payment issues, declines, or disputes must be addressed directly with the payment provider or LiveAuctioneers. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or resale of the item. 5. Shipping Policy Domestic Shipping (United States Only) We ship within the United States only. Orders are generally shipped 7?10 business days after cleared payment is received. Shipping is conducted via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Risk of Loss Once the package is transferred to the carrier, the shipment is considered at the buyer?s risk. Special care is taken to package items securely; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. 6. International Shipping Disclaimer (Strict Policy) International shipping is strictly prohibited. We do not ship to freight forwarders, third-party exporters, or any address outside the United States. Any attempt to export items internationally voids all guarantees, return rights, and liability. We are not responsible for loss, seizure, customs issues, incorrect delivery, or damage related to international shipment under any circumstances. 7. Taxes, Duties, and Fees Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, or government-imposed fees. We do not provide tax advice. 8. Returns and Refunds We offer a 7-business-day return policy starting from the date the item is delivered. Return requests must be submitted in writing within this period. Items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and with all original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Third-party grading opinions are not grounds for return unless material misrepresentation is proven. 10. Selling Items to Us Sellers must certify lawful ownership of all items. We reserve the right to verify identity and comply with state and federal regulations. Payment terms for purchased items are disclosed at the time of transaction. All sales to us are final once payment is issued. 11. Appointments and Communications Visits are by appointment only. Communication response times are typically within 1?3 business days. 12. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No liability is assumed for carrier delays, loss, or errors beyond our control. 13.
