Visa, Discover, Mastercard, & Square is Accepted. (There is a small processing fee of 3.5% charged)Photos are of the actual objects being sold but exact condition is the condition on the sale day. No returns will be accepted. You may bid by phone, absentee, or live internet. Mike Nichols Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or failures in executing bids of any kind due to technical or other failure associated with an internet auction. An additional 5% buyers premium will be added to Internet Buyers. Any announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over catalogue or other previously announced or documented information, but do not alter in any way the basic terms and conditions of sale. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or typographical errors made on its behalf in any of its announcements or documents. If Auctioneer is unable to deliver an article sold to Buyer due to fire, theft, or any other reasons whatsoever, Auctioneer shall reimburse Buyer for all monies paid to Auctioneer in respect to the article and Auctioneer shall have no further liability to the purchaser arising from or relating to such loss, including without limitation any damages for loss of profits. In no event shall Auctioneer's liability to Buyer exceed the purchase price actually paid. Artifact Collections come in from multiple dealers & consignors from across the Country. A lot of times little is known about each item. Buyer Pays All Shipping & handling Cost which will be $15 for first arrowhead $3.50 per additional arrowhead, $25 for hardstone, $45 per piece of pottery, we know this may seem high, but our goal is to make sure your pottery gets to you in one piece, it has survived this long without being broken & I want to make sure the post office isn't the one who breaks it. I will combine shipping when possible, I want everyone to be happy with our auction service.
