The auctioneer reserves the right to reject bids, advance bidding, or resolve bidding disputes at their discretion. Any disputes after the sale will be resolved based on Marek Roik Auctioneer's official transaction records. No item will be released or shipped until full payment has been received. Auction registration may require identity verification and approval. Item Conditions & Final Sale All sales are final. Items are sold As-Is with no warranties or guarantees regarding condition, authenticity, signatures, provenance, or descriptions. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review all photos and descriptions prior to bidding. Additional information can be requested before the auction. Payment Invoices are sent shortly after the auction ends. Payment is due within 3 days. If payment is not completed within 72 hours, the card on file may be charged automatically under Standard Autopay. Please contact us promptly if you need help with payment or combined shipping. Shipping Terms Buyer pays shipping cost. We ship in-house and offer combined shipping on multiple items. Local pickup is available by appointment at 1530 E Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights, IL. Important: If you want us to ship your items and receive our shipping quote, you must select Bidder Can Arrange Shipping at checkout. If you leave Ship with LA selected, LiveAuctioneers will automatically charge you their shipping amount, and this cannot be refunded. Please make sure to choose "Bidder Can Arrange Shipping" to avoid double charges. Failure to Pick Up or Complete Shipping If an item is not picked up or shipping remains unpaid after 30 days, ownership reverts to Marek Roik Auctioneer. Any payments already made are retained to cover listing, labor, storage, and administrative costs. Prohibited Conduct Bid rigging or collusion is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the auction platform and, if necessary, to legal authorities. If you have not contacted Marek Roik Auctioneer to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
