Payment & Returned Shipments If you do not call us, or pay using the link on your invoice, your credit card on file will be charged 4 days after the auction. -5 Day Payment Window: All items must be paid in full within five (5) days of the sale date. -Default and Resale: Any lots remaining unpaid after the 5-day period will be considered in default. At the auction house's sole discretion, these items may be re-sold without further notice to the original bidder. -Holding Period: Items returned to our facility after shipping (for any reason, including undeliverable addresses or refused delivery) will be held for a maximum of thirty (30) days. -Re-Shipping Fees: To have a returned item sent again, the buyer must pay all new shipping and handling fees. -Forfeiture: If re-shipping fees are not paid within the 30-day holding period, the items will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the items may be re-sold at the auction house's discretion. If you have not contacted Artelisted to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
