Items must be picked up on Tuesday, May 26th 2-5pm at 57 Smith Tractor Rd. Travelers Rest, SC 29690. Please bring boxes, packing supplies and help to load. If you are unable to pick up due to extenuating circumstances, The UPS Store in Taylors will pick up your items for a minimum fee of $10. You have FORTY EIGHT HOURS (48) from the above pickup time to collect your items from The UPS Store. After that time your items will be donated to Habitat For Humanity. They do not pick up large items such as furniture or closet/cabinet lots. The UPS Store also handles your shipping needs. They always ship the most economical option in order to save you money. They ship via postal mail and UPS Ground. Please contact them as soon as the auction ends to arrange payment. They can be reached at 864-268-6068 and store3018@outlook.com. A 15% buyers premium and CC Processing fee will be added to every purchase. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We Accept ATG Pay or Cash. To pay you need to go to your invoice & click on 'Pay Now'. You only have to set it up once, it is very easy. Please pay before 12pm the day of pick-up. If you don't pay by this time, you must bring cash to pick-up. It must be exact change. If you pay with cash, you can deduct the Processing fee. No Charge backs permitted! You are bidding in an AS-Is Auction, with no warranties or guarantees. We do state any issues or defects that we know of but it is your responsibility to inspect the items. We lot 1000's of items per week, we will miss some issues. We always offer a preview time for you for you to inspect the items. The times/address are listed in the Terms of Sale. Please preview!!!
