New Orleans Auction Summer Sale: Day 2 of 3

New Orleans Auction Galleries is proud to present our spectacular Three-Day Summer Sale on July 26th, 27th & 28th, 2013. Among the 1,600 lots offered will be a wide array of antiques and decorative arts, including a fine assortment of French Provincial furniture, antique copper cookware and accessories, and a large collection of Rose Medallion porcelain. Also featured will be over 150 lots of silver, including 17th century English spoons, 18th and early 19th century Colonial and Federalist American silver, and Chinese Export silver from the estate of Ruth Wilkins Sullivan, Curator Emeritus of the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth, Texas, as well as several fine pieces of Martele, old Sheffield plate and continental silver. Fine Art offerings will include 16th-20th century drawings and paintings, and an important selection of contemporary photography and sculpture with works by Pedro Friedeberg and Chaim Gross.
