Payment with credit card or through Paypal. Payment due by August 28th 2013. All sales are final. Buyer pays NY State taxes on each item. Shipping arranged directly through the buyer and Despatch Movers, Contact: Karen Denniston email: kdenniston@despatchmovers.com; website: www.despatchmovers.com; Phone 631-283-3000 The pricing* for storage and delivery is as follows: *Final pricing is determined with agreement between buyer and Despatch on each delivery. Storage per piece is $30 per month $15 for ½ a month. Our 7'X7'X5' Storage container is $60 per month Delivery to NYC is $250 for the first piece and $25 for each additional piece + 4% Fuel Surcharge. There is a $25 Receiving Fee for each piece brought to the warehouse. Despatch charges for pick-up and delivery are as follows: 1Truck and 2 Men @ $120 per hour + Travel Time + $1.00 per hour Fuel Surcharge. 1 Truck and 3 Men @ $160 per hour + Travel Time + $1.00 per hour Fuel Surcharge.
