Fine and decorative arts featuring American and European Mid-Century modern fine art and furniture by artists and designers such as Harry Bertoia, Jamini Roy, Florence Knoll, Mies van der Rohe, Marcel Breuer and Hans Wegner; from the property of The Honorable Thomas S. Foley, former Speaker of the House of Representatives and Mrs. Heather Foley. Also featured in the fine and decorative arts auction will be a painting by Guy C. Wiggins, a porcelain urn and pedestal by Sevres, a 16th century Dutch master painting by Van Croos, and a selection of sixty 19th century and 20th century snuff bottles.
