Payment must be made by cash, check, certified check or money order. A service charge of 1.5% will be added each month to unpaid balances beginning the tenth (10) business days after the auction date. Purchases paid for using personal checks will be held until payment has cleared the bank. Non-US purchasers must make payment using a US dollar denominated check drawn on a US bank, or by international money order or wire transfer. There will be a $30.00 processing fee for all wire transfers. Price Realized / Record of Winning Bidder: Please keep in mind that the items offered for sale are part of a live auction being held at 521 Richmond Road in Bangor, PA. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are not the same as bids left directly with the auction house. Live Auctioneers bids are executed by a Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. staff member from a proxy computer terminal located in the auction room. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Therefore, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bidders and other bidders. In such event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has sole discretion to aware the lot to the high bidder of his choosing, most often to the floor bidder.
