Stallion Hill Galleries will make items available for viewing prior to auction at pre determined preview on location. By bidding, you signify you have examined the item and agree to terms or choose not to examine and agree to terms. Descriptions are in no way to be construed as guarantees of age, condition, material or value. All items at auction may be subject to a reserve, to be predetermined by the auctioneer and Stallion Hill Gallery prior to bidding. Auctioneer has the right to withdraw the item from sale, should this reserve not be met. Once the bidding has closed, no item will be reopened up for bidding unless the Auctioneer determines an error. Payment must be made immediately upon close of bidding. Stallion Hill Gallery has the right to remove or withdraw any item at its discretion, at any time, for any reason and holds no liability due to the removal of said item. Buyers Premium of 23% will be applied to the final sale price of each item purchased online. 20% buyers premium applies to all floor bidders at the location. International bidders are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, fees, assessments and customs charge for items shipped outside the Continental US. Items containing Ivory, Tortoiseshell or other endangered animals may be illegal to export from the Continental US. Buyer is responsible to have knowledge of shipping limitations prior to bidding. Purchased items not picked up within 15 days will be subject to storage fees of $5.00 daily. Delivery is to be arranged through third party shippers. Stallion Hill Gallery will assist in this. All purchases are subject to Connecticut sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a current sales exemption certificate. Buyers accept that shippers assume all responsibility for items once they have left the premises. Buyers agree Stallion Hill Gallery assumes no liability, nor will hold insurance for loss or damage after shippers have removed the property from premises. Bidding on any item indicates full acceptance of terms and conditions of sale. Stallion Hill Gallery holds no responsibility for any item left over 15 days unless arranged at end of auction.
