Terms of Sale: Please read the terms and conditions of the sale before bidding with Paige Auction. Anyone who bids is bound by these terms and conditions of the sale. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed matter or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the high bidder (purchaser), Paige Auction and the seller (consignor) of the lot. There is no charge for registration; if you are new to Paige Auction a major credit card or cash deposit may be required to register. When bidding on any lot offered by Paige Auction, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale: Payment: PayPal, VISA / MasterCard / Discover. All purchases must be paid for in full before they can be removed from premises. All payments are due within 10 days after the auction. All credit cards will be processed day after auction; any cards that are declined need to be settled within ten business days. A buyers premium will be added to the bid prices and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. Buyers Premium: At Auction 13% There is a 5% discount for cash or checks. All checks must have prior approval. Internet Bidding Premium: Credit Card 16% Condition of Items: Paige Auction GUARANTEES ALL LOTS TO BE AUTHENTIC and makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered at our sales. All items for sale are as is, and it is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Since all sales are final please verify our descriptions and carefully view the property at a preview before you bid. Paige Auction will not be held responsible for typographical errors. All items will be available for preview two (2) days prior to the auction. Bid Increments: Current Bid Bid Increment $0 - $10 $1 $10 - $100 $5 $100 - $250 $10 $250 - $1,000 $25 $1,000 - $5,000 $100 $5,000+ Auctioneer's discretion Rights & Responsibilities: The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to re-open the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Paige Auction and its representatives reserve the right to remove those attendees who impede the previews and/or the auction. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. No lot may be transferred to another buyer. Internet Buyer's Premium: 16% Sales Tax:0.00% - Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval Payment Instructions: Paige Auction Accepts: PayPal Visa Mastercard Discover Cash Checks (Personal and Company checks will only be accepted if cleared through Auction House) The state of Oregon does not have sales tax, so there will be no additional tax charges made. Paige Auction charges credit cards as soon as the day following the auction for the full amount of items won, the buyers premium and shipping. If you wish to use a different card or form of payment please contact the Auction House immediately. If we can not process your card you will be notified. Shipping Instructions: Orders are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days of the close of auction. If you need something sooner please contact us during normal hours. The majority of our shipping is done in house by Paige Auction staff. Shipping is based on the actual value, weight, size and destination of your delivery. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS. Once your items have been packaged we will complete your invoice and include all shipping costs. At that time we will invoice you with your completed total. No double invoices or separate bill for your shipping and items. If there is a problem with your order, such as bad address, invalid card number, then the order will be held until these issues are resolved with the customer.
