Proper identification such as a valid Driver's License or other official identification is required in order to register. Kenneth Hutter Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to register any prospective bidder for any reason without recourse or liability. BUYER'S PREMIUM: INTERNET BIDDERS 23%. A buyer's premium of 20% of the hammer price will be charged. Under New York State State Law, both hammer price and buyer's premium are subject to state tax. Anyone with tax exemption status must register beforehand with a copy of the current valid certificate. While we try to accommodate all interested phone bidders, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for a missed call therefore we suggest that you leave a back up absentee bid in the event we cannot contact you. For those in attendance, all purchases must be paid for in full and picked up within one hour after the conclusion of the Auction. Checks either personal or business, will be accepted at the sole discretion and with prior approval of the Executive Office. This Warranty does not cover normal wear on furniture, unless otherwise stated. Pieces that are, in our opinion, refinished, are described as such. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were accessible for on hand inspection prior to the Auction and that he or she relied on their own inspection of the lots as well as information listed in the catalog or otherwise provided by Auctioneer, the Auction staff or Seller. The weights of diamonds and gemstones are approximated, based upon measurements of their physical size. Stones are not taken out of their settings.
