All items paid by Check, Money Order or Cashier Check will be held until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of Main Street Mining Co. and its bank. Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax unless merchandise is for resale and a valid Texas resale certificate is submitted for this auction. Your item may be billed separately from the shipping. Items purchased online will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours after the auction. If you do not receive an invoice via email or you are unable to pay through our online check out system it is your responsibility to contact us at (817)354-6900 or email debbie@ajex.net. All payments for items won are due and payable within 48 hours of close of auction. No exceptions! If the items won are not paid for within 48 hours of the sale, Main Street Mining Co. may impose and the purchaser agrees to pay a monthly storage charge of 1.5% of the purchase price of any lot not removed by the purchaser within 3 days after the date of sale. A charge of $5 per day will apply to items left over 30 days. If we are prevented by fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser for such property. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: WE ONLY SHIP IN THE UNITED STATES. All shipping will be handled by Main Street Mining Co. unless otherwise noted in the description of the item. Items will be shipped within 10 business days of payment. All packages are sent USPS Priority Mail unless noted in the description of the item. Packages valued under $100 are sent uninsured but with delivery confirmation, packages valued at $100 or more will be charged extra for insurance and signature confirmation. Shipping and insurance are charged at the USPS published rates. There is a $5.00 packaging and handling charge per package (this is to cover the cost of labor and materials). Lots won in the same auction will be packaged together. SPECIAL TERMS: All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL neither Main Street Mining Co. nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to property or its value, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of property or estimate of value. All measurements are approximate. No oral or written statement at this sale, in the catalog or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or any assumption of responsibility. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Some of the items in this sale are subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential price agreed upon by the seller and auctioneer below which the item will not be sold. Main Street Mining Co. reserves the right to withdraw or pass any lot at any time before, during or after the auction. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid and in the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser. Bidder will be the sole judge of value, absolutely no credit card chargebacks will be allowed for any reason. Auctions are conducted under the guidelines prescribed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and we are covered by the Recovery Fund. Auctioneer license #17374.
